Personally, Turkish educational system does not rank high in the world owing to the following reasons. First, students have to study for a long time to have a good job. Meanwhile, they take a lot of exams. If they are successful and lucky, they pass these exams, and thus having the right to get into a university. Unfortunately, most students finishing the university cannot get a job due to the insufficient number of workplaces. Second, Turkish educational system necessiates people to study all the time because lessons are very difficult, so some students hide their light under a bushel (=not tell) of artistic activities and they do not learn anything about artistic subjects. As a result of these, students who are devoid of artistic subjects are generally obliged to work in a job they do not desire. Briefly, I do not think Turkish educational system rank high in the world and the current system makes people disappointed in their later life.
