Would you be a murderer if you held people’s right to live? If you were not a psychopat, you would not be a murderer. However, some goverments are killing their citizens. For example, capital punishment is being implemented in the United States of America, Afghanistan, and China. The biggest reasons why death penalty is implemented are that the goverments want to decrease the rate of crimes in their country, and they can prevent civil commotions. The death penalty is an argumentative issue. It is violating universal human rights, and the government gets an edge politically, which creates opposite notions.
The most important justification is that people, who are culprits, frequently commit a crime because there is not a dissuasive penalty. Murderers and rapits stay in prison at the furthest 12 years. If they know that their end of life is a death, they can abandon to commit these crimes. First of all, death is being violated according to fifth clause of universal human rights. Indeed, the death penalty is not being violated to commit the crime. For instance, the USA, sporting the death penalty, has a higher rate of crime than European countries,which do not corroborate it. In addition to criminals who will be executed can rebel and put the hurt on guardians, for they have nothing to lose. After, every person staying in prison is not offenders. There are innocent and deformer people. Would they be a relative of yours?

On the other hand, goverments can be implemented for mutual interest. For example, a lot of journalists have been sent to prison in recent years. If we supported the death penalty, they would not see their families one more. Another instance, during youth movements, plenty of persons are detained, and most of them are exposed to torture by the goverment, and some are killed. These cruel acts bear goverment interests. Is that so? The fact is taht the goverment is afraid of civil commotion, so it can create opportunity itself. Is it what we call equality?
To sum up, death penalty should not be implemented due to violating human rights and getting a political edge. I suggest the goverment should be never announced amnestry. Thus, the rate of crime can decrease.
