In order to help kids to improve themselves and be very good citizens and humans, teachers should have such qualities as patience, greats ideas, and being like a friend for their students. Firstly, being patient is one of the most important elements in education. Every teacher must have patience because students can sometimes be so naughty and being able to be patient helps teachers. A teacher who is patient is more effective than an impatient one. Secondly, teachers must be knowledgeable to broaden their students’ horizon. If they are well-equipped and well-qualified, they can teach a lot of things to their students effectively. Thus, students can be successful in life with the help of their teachers and they can mentally and socially improve themselves. Also, teachers have to be good at various disciplines because they can face different questions about different subjects any time. Finally, being a good teacher means being like a friend with their students because students want their teachers to act like a friend. Every teacher should understand how students feel and treat them accordingly. In brief, if a teacher has these skills, it is possible for him to be a good teacher.
