Starting to work at a young age VERSUS Working in a job after getting a university degree

Working and education are the leading main factors which are important in human lives, no doubt about it. While labour ensures people to continue their life, education is learning the existing and carrying a further. Education is a notion which continues from birth to death of the individual, and at the same time, it involves political, social, and cultural topics. Therefore, it is a concept that is not easy to define. Although a comparison between starting to work at a young age and working in a job after a university degree reveals some surprising similarities, there are two salient differences between them as well.

There are two flashy similarities between starting to work at a young age and working in a job after a university degree. To begin with, the people who prefer either way have the education. Both the people who immediately begin to work without going to the university and start to work after graduating from the university take vocational education. In addition, the university provides a lot of advantages to students. For example, there are a lot of clubs in the university, and the students find chances to new hobbies acquisition or existing hobbies maintenance. Moreover, through these clubs, they might develop themselves, and get extra licenses from other jobs associated with their own jobs. Indeed, they may have two professions by getting an education from other faculties that are contractual with their faculty. Afterwards, you can earn money in both methods. To exemplify, hypothetically, you are a usual worker in a building company, and you are just doing works said to you, or again hypothetically, you are pharmacist, and you are working in a pharmacy. In both circumstances, you earn your own money, and you can use that money what you want. In short, starting to work at a young age and working in a job after a university degree share several things in common.

In spite of these similarities, there are two conspicuous differences between starting to work at a young age and working in a job after a university degree. Initially, the people starting to work after a university degree has little work experience because they take more theoretical training than hands-on training. For this reason, they do not have so many experiences related to work. To exemplify, today many companies do not accept staff who new graduated from the university or have no experience. Actually, new graduated and inexperienced people have same meant for the corporations. Next, networking has gorgeous importance in business life whereas newly graduated persons have small networking in the business community. Persons beginning to work at a young age have extra years in the business world as against people starting to work-life after graduation from the university. To illustrate, one of the two friends is William, and another one is James. They graduated from the same high school in 2019, and then William went to the university, but James did not. Consequently, James obtained many business experiences, and he created a social network for himself. By the time William started the job, James had already had a lot of things. In summary, a comparison between going into the business world at an early age and getting to work after graduating from the university.

After taking everything into consideration, there are both some similarities like having an education and making money; nonetheless, there are two significant differences, such as beginning in the business world at a young age and networking. To tell you the truth, both methods have pros and cons. In my opinion, despite all, if people have an opportunity to study at the university, they must not miss it. Because we can also find a job after graduating from the university, but we cannot go to the university after finding a job.
